You'll find that most events in Monopoly Go are fully on you - daily tournaments asking you to earn points on Railroad tiles, longer-term events like the Peg-E machine or the treasure digs - but partner events mean you have to rely on another player to compete. The most important thing in the Partners Event is friends as it is a co-op event. Unless you have a stupidly large amount of dice you alone won’t be able to carry on your own, so you need active people in your team.
We recommend checking official Discord, Facebook, or even Reddit to look for players. Of course, it won’t guarantee you perfect partners, but it is better than random. If you have random friends and have teamed up in the past, like in the racing mini-game, you can add them too.
In case your team is full of randoms and you can’t communicate, try to spread out your spins on the first few days, like doing 10K each. See if they then do their part and match them to whatever score they contribute.
One from your team may be less active and the other may be too active so you can balance that if you just catch up. Because of this, you'll want to consider another player's activity level before accepting an invitation. We all have things come up - life happens - but if someone who you've seen doesn't play as often as you have invited you to partner up, you don't have to accept.
Nothing is worse than getting part-way through the tournament and realizing that your partner isn't pulling their weight, so you'll need to either play even more to make up for the lost points on their end, or, in the worst case scenarios, simply accept defeat for this partnership and try again during the next event with someone new.
If you know early on that your partner has bailed on you and you likely won't complete the partnership on your own, it's often best to invest your points into active partners in this situation instead of sinking the tokens into trying to earn points when you know you can't win alone.
For the multiplier on the wheel, there isn’t a perfect one and it is purely on luck. But you’re still better off keeping it higher than at the base. Spin a few at higher and see where your luck is and then pick one accordingly.
One more thing, while tokens can be collected on the board, roll only when you can get them with other milestone challenges too. If you already see as far as you can in events, it is best to wait for the next challenges.
